Phil Emery qualified as a solicitor in 1993. He has worked in criminal law for almost 20 years and was a founding partner of Emery Halil & Brown in 2001.
He has wide experience in all aspects of criminal litigation from road traffic offences through to murder, fraud and large-scale drug supply / importation.
Phil routinely undertakes a cross-section of work , including advocacy, in the police station, Magistrates Courts, Youth Courts, Crown Courts and Appeal Courts.
He aims at providing a friendly, confidential, non-judgemental and expert service to all his clients whatever the circumstances, and in particular continuity of representation and a personal touch.
