  • R v AJT

    Supply Class A Drugs – Multi-handed drugs case – Client found Not Guilty (Prosecution offered no evidence on second day of trial) based on Modern Slavery Defence.

  • R v PW

    Dangerous Driving – Multi-vehicle pile-up on M25 resulting in serious injury. Case dismissed (Not Guilty verdict entered) by Judge at half-time during trial following technical legal argument.

  • R v MG

    Rape – Client found Not Guilty following successful half-time submission on the collapsed credibility of the complainant.

    R v AT

    Firearms and Weapons Conspiracy – Multi-handed gang-related case – Forensic analysis of mobile phone data and WhatsApp messages. Client found Not Guilty at trial, eight others convicted for offences including Firearms and Attempted Murder.
