TS Law have successfully represented many clients in the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division).
We have won appeals against convictions and appeals against sentences for our clients. Sometimes Judges get it wrong and this is when we continue the fight against miscarriages of justice when clients have been wrongfully convicted, or circumstances meant that they did not receive a fair trial or when a sentence has not been fair or balanced to the point it was manifestly excessive.
